Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a Free 7-day return or exchange period. The 7-day window begins on the delivery date. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

How to Return

  • Email sales@primaverajewelry.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Write the RMA number on the outside of the return shipment.
  • Do not send items loosely in paper envelopes; they may tear in transit. We recommend insuring your return.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging, including tags, box, and pouch.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized, name-engraved, monogrammed, custom, or made-to-order items.

Costs & Processing

  • Returns and exchanges are processed within 10 business days of receipt.
  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Primavera Jewelry will, at its discretion, refund or replace the item.
