Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Multiple shipping options are available at checkout, including UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air.

Rush shipping prioritizes order processing and dispatch but does not guarantee delivery dates.

Delivery timelines may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen events.

Rush shipping timelines begin once the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Free for all orders. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 4 hours.

Shipping Destinations & Delays

We ship worldwide, with some exceptions. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs clearance, or carrier issues may cause delays. International Shipping Customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility. Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure a secure delivery location. Returns Due to Non-Delivery If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address), the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
